We're working on optimizing and improving the performance of the game with each update, however, some older devices may still encounter crashes or freezes during the gameplay.
To minimize those, we recommend you:
1. Reboot your device before playing.
2. Turn off "Power Saving" mode if turned on.
3. Do not open any applications in the background while you play.
4. Restart the game every 10–15 minutes.
We also recommend using a device with at least 2 GB of RAM for a stable performance.
Please note that as this is an online game, it requires a stable Internet connection. Please make sure that you don't have any issues with your internet connection and do not switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa while playing.

Yo, I just installed the game and when I tried to open it, it says that recheck your internet connection and restart. I'm using WiFi and the connection is fine but still it shows this message. Then I tried to open it after connecting a VPN in the background. It's playable now at least. But still it closes the VPN from the background on its own and again showing the connection recheck message. I don't have any device issue just so you know. It's 4gb ram with 128gb storage
No meu caso não ajudou, o jogo pede uma atualização, mas não existe atualização mais recente. E eu não consigo criar a conta por causa disso

If you help me please, I was in the deer-IV my name is 10tvbueno4 that's where the game got stuck even though I do everything it doesn't work and it tells me to continue with the mission and when I press it it stays there frozen
