If you encountered a critical issue or stuck in any part of the game, sometimes we may ask you to send us your in-game Logs, so we could gather more info on the issue and resolve it faster!
You need to send us Logs right from the screen with the issue. Logs after a game restart do not contain any useful information.
Here's how to do that!
- Imagine the screen is divided into four parts
- Tap the top left part of the screen 2 times
- Tap the top right part of the screen 2 times
- Tap the bottom left part of the screen 2 times
- Tap the bottom right part of the screen 2 times
