Our Web Version currently offers only the Email Login option to save your progress.
However, our dev team is already working on implementing Steam Login, with which you'll be able to log into your account from the Web Version on Steam, thus transferring all progress and purchases!
The short answer is:
Yes, you will be able to do this with future updates, although we can't predict when this feature will be available.
