Why are there no Tournaments and Events on my account? – Everlusting Life Support

To access Tournaments and Events, you must first complete the current novice Event (New Maidens). Once you pass this Event (or the time to complete it expires), you will have access to all subsequent Tournaments and Events according to the in-game schedule.

Please note that if you have completed a novice Event but the Tournaments and Events has not appeared for you, you may have completed the event later than the Tournaments and Events started. In this case, you will have to wait a little longer and the next Tournaments and Events will start for you on time!
